Let us help you reach your target market demographic at The Star Quilters Guild 2019 Quilt Show on March 29 & 30!!  We attract people from the Roanoke Valley, Southwest Virginia, North Carolina and West Virginia.   They come prepared to be inspired by the Show Quilts from Traditional to Modern and beginners to professionals.  They leave excited about what their next project might be and what tools, supplies, equipment and services they will need to complete it.

By placing an ad in our program as a Sponsor, you will reach those who attend and very likely those that see the brochure when it makes its way home to their family, friends and another Guild Meeting!!

Take a look at the four levels of sponsorship and choose what best fits your desired market.  Remember,  people keep these programs and refer to them when they need services or supplies to complete projects that were inspired at the show!

Four Levels of Sponsorship:

Charm Sponsor:    $10.00  (list)
Block Sponsor:    $25.00 (list)
Star Sponsor:       $50.00  (Business Card Size)
Foundation Sponsor:  $100.00  (4” x 5”, 6 Exclusive Spots Available)

How to Sponsor successfully:

  1. Download and submit the Sponsorship Form by March 1, 2019.
    • Remember that advertising needs a single focus.  What do you want someone to see at a ‘glance’ and ‘remember’?
    • Choose the size you can afford for the results you want following the show.
  2. Promote the show before the date to get people excited about attending to see the show and to visit your booth for a unique ‘show-only’ special.
  3. If you aren’t vending at the show, this is where you can still reap the benefits by offering a ‘show-only’ coupon in your ad for a limited time following the show when they visit you on-line or in your store.
  4. If you’re going to vend at the show, consider including a follow-up coupon at your booth that ties in with your advertising in the brochure to visit you after the show.

We accept Sponsorships for businesses and individuals who are eager to support the arts and further the mission of the guild which is to promote the knowledge and understanding of all aspects of quilting.  We support many community charity projects as well as encourage sharing knowledge, social connections and lively exploration of the art.

Thank you for your consideration.  If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact any one of us.
